Connecting Erply to Voog

Erply is a cloud-based sales and inventory management system that helps you manage products, stock levels, customers, and orders.

The Erply integration currently allows you to automatically create standard products in Voog based on your Erply data, including the product name, description, category, image, price, discount price, and stock level.

Additionally, orders, payment entries, and new customers created in your Voog store are transferred to Erply, ensuring that Erply always has an accurate overview of your sales and buyers.

Generating an API key in Voog

To create a connection between Voog and Erply, you need an API key. Open your Voog site, go to the tools bar at the bottom, select Integrations, and under Available integrations choose Erply — Voog will generate an API key for you.

This key, together with your Voog URL, is required to complete the setup in Erply.

These details are only requested when you connect Voog to Erply for the first time. Once the connection is established, Erply remembers your account — you only need to re-enter the details if you connect another Voog site.

Setting up the Erply Voog Integration

Start by installing the Voog Integration app inside Erply. Click Browse applications to open the App Store view. Search for Voog Integration, select the app, and click Install.

Once the installation is successful, open the app using the Open button. In the window that appears, click Create new, then enter the API key generated in Voog along with your Voog URL. After you submit the details, the connection between your Erply account and Voog site is established, and the systems can communicate with each other.

Managing sync for your online store

Once the connection is active, Erply will automatically sync products, inventory, and orders every 5 minutes. You also have the option to trigger a manual sync whenever needed.
