Important information about offline payments
When you create a website on the Voog platform, your online store is set up with the default option for offline payments. Voog Plus MakeCommerce special plan does not include offline payment options – this plan only offers MakeCommerce payment methods.Steps to activate offline payments
Once you have set up your store, the option for invoice payments is automatically activated. This means that online-store customers can choose an invoice as their payment method and pay based on it. The invoice is automatically generated and sent to the customer's email.Please note that if your website is on the Voog Plus MakeCommerce special plan, only the payment methods offered by the Voog Plus MakeCommerce special plan are available. This means that the option for invoice payments is not available in this case.
Also note that for orders paid by invoice, the order payment status must manually be changed to "Paid," as the customer's payment goes directly to your bank and Voog lacks information about the payment's receipt.
