HubSpot is a tool that helps you manage contacts and automate marketing. When you connect it with Voog, all the contacts collected through your website forms are sent straight to HubSpot. There you can manage, enrich, and use them for marketing or sales.
Get started with HubSpot
- Open your Voog site and go to Integrations in the bottom toolbar. Scroll to the Available integrations section and select HubSpot.
- A window called “Connecting your Voog CMS account to HubSpot” will open.
- Log in to your HubSpot account or create a new one if you don’t have it yet.
- Once the connection is successful, you’ll see HubSpot listed as Active under Your integrations in Voog. Clicking on HubSpot will open a window showing your unique Hub ID — this confirms that Voog and HubSpot are successfully connected.
Using HubSpot in Voog
- Create a form — add a form to your site page to collect contacts. Read more about creating a form.
- Map form fields — open the page with the form, hover over the form, and click Settings (gear icon).
- Select Integrations > HubSpot, scroll down, and map your Voog form fields to the corresponding HubSpot form fields. Before mapping fields in Voog, you must first create at least one Form in HubSpot. After that, you can select which HubSpot form the data will go to and link your Voog form fields to the matching HubSpot fields.
