Voog is adding a range of new possibilities that help you do more through your website — send newsletters, accept bookings, create content with AI, communicate with visitors and design pages more freely than before. Some of these tools are already ready to use, some are close to launch and some are still actively being developed.
In this article, we give an overview of the most important updates, created especially with Voog users in mind and designed to work naturally alongside your website. We will look at the email marketing tool, booking management, creating Instagram posts and websites with AI, a new and more flexible design option, and a chat window that can be added to your site.
The common goal behind all these possibilities is simple: to bring customer communication closer to your website and make part of it easier or more automated.
Send newsletters and notifications
One of the biggest new possibilities is an email marketing tool that can be used to create email campaigns, send newsletters and keep customers informed about important updates.
The tool supports different contact lists. For example, contacts can be taken from the Erply customer database or uploaded as separate lists. If you want to communicate with customers from your Voog store, you can export the contacts from Voog and import them into the email marketing tool.
Emails can be created in several ways: as simple text, in HTML, with a visual drag-and-drop editor or with the help of AI. This lets you choose the workflow that suits you best — whether your goal is a quick notification, a more detailed newsletter or a visually designed campaign.
The email marketing tool already exists and is in use, but development continues. The goal is to give Voog customers an easier way to stay in touch with their customer base and build longer-term relationships with website visitors and buyers.
Accept and manage bookings
Many service providers need a simple way for customers to book appointments through their website. Until now, this has often required using external applications and adapting them separately to the website.
Voog’s own booking app has just been completed. It allows you to set up a booking calendar, manage appointment times and offer customers a convenient way to book a service.
A booking option can be added to a Voog site, for example, with a link or button. The booking calendar can also be displayed as a separate block on the page. For the visitor, this creates a simple journey: they arrive on your website, choose a suitable time and complete the booking.
The tool is still at an early stage, but it is already available to try. It is well suited for beauty services, consultations, workshops, training sessions and other services where managing appointment times is an important part of everyday work.

Create content faster with AI
With AI tools, our goal is not to add a new feature simply because AI is new and exciting. What matters is that the tool genuinely saves time and gives you a good starting point faster.
One recent example is the Instagram post generator. You provide the text, instructions and, if needed, an image, and the tool helps turn them into a finished post. The post can then be connected to your Instagram account and published directly from there.
This is useful when you want to share a new product, campaign, event or idea, but do not want to start from a blank page every time. AI helps with the first version of the text and visual solution, while you can review the result, edit it and adapt it to your own style.
There is also an AI-based website creation tool. The idea is simple: you describe your goal, give instructions and the tool creates an initial version of a website based on them. At the moment, it works as a separate solution, and its exact fit with the Voog system still needs to be thought through.
The direction, however, is clear: creating a website should become faster and more accessible, even when you are only starting from an idea. AI does not replace your taste, decisions or content, but it can provide a first version that makes it easier to move forward.
Design page content more freely
The new development most directly related to Voog’s own environment is a new content management and design tool.
Voog has always been a content management system where editing a website is meant to be as simple and understandable as possible. At the same time, many users increasingly need more freedom: they want to position text, images, buttons and other elements more precisely themselves, without every change requiring help from a designer or developer.
That is why a new feature is being developed to complement the existing editor. It gives more freedom for designing page content — you can position and edit elements more freely, similarly to design tools such as Figma.
This means you can create more flexible sections yourself, try out different layouts and build page content in a more visual way. The existing simple editor is not going anywhere; it will be joined by an additional layer for those who want more control and creativity.
The goal of this tool is to give Voog users more design freedom while preserving the simplicity Voog is known for.
Communicate with visitors directly on your website
Website visitors do not always want to look for an email address or fill in a contact form. Sometimes they have one quick question, and the answer may determine whether they make a purchase, book a time or get in touch.
For this, a chat window solution is being developed that can be added to your website. The visitor can contact you directly, and you can communicate with them in the same channel.
The chat window can be added to a Voog site with a code snippet. For the visitor, the result is simple and familiar: a chat window opens in the corner of the website, allowing them to ask a question without leaving the page.
This kind of communication works well for sales questions, clarifying services and customer support. The goal is to make the website feel more active and personal, and to bring direct communication closer to the visitor.
More possibilities around your website
All these developments are connected by one idea: your website should help you do more.
Not just introduce your company, but also collect contacts, send campaigns, accept bookings, create content, communicate with customers and get started with new ideas faster.
These tools do not necessarily all need to be inside one and the same system to be useful. What matters is that they support the real purpose of a website: helping the visitor take the next step. That step may be a purchase, a booking, asking a question, subscribing to a newsletter or simply getting a better understanding of what you offer.
Voog is moving step by step in a direction where creating and managing a website remains simple even as needs grow. The tools added in cooperation with Erply help bring more practical possibilities around the website, while Voog’s own developments give users more freedom over page content and design.
Share your thoughts
Several of these possibilities are already in use, some are in early testing and some are actively being developed. That is exactly why user feedback is especially important.
