How does the data flow work?
Through the integration, standard products (soon matrix products, too) are transferred from Erply to Voog together with their core information: name, description, category, images, price, discounted price, and stock level. This allows the online store to quickly display an accurate and up-to-date product selection.At the same time, all sales-related information moves from Voog to Erply: orders, payments received, and new customers. This ensures that sales reports are always complete and inventory levels are updated in the right place in real time.
Data is updated regularly and automatically, making it easy even for stores with a large product range to keep prices, stock levels, and orders well organized. If needed, synchronization can also be triggered manually.
